Through the Jordan Wings Program, they’ve helped committed students realize their true potentials without the stress of college payments or loans. And in addition to providing these rising talents with the tools to succeed — giving out not only scholarships but also constant support throughout their academic careers — the brand has crafted many a sneaker to commemorate the hard work of the graduating class.

Come later this June, Jordan Brand will be honoring the Class of 2023 with a special rendition of the Air Jordan 2. Dressed in a “White/Malachite/Black” colorway, the pair features a look reminiscent of the OG, albeit with a translucent heel piece and hits of green where red would typically be found. What’s more, the side panel is made to resemble a literal pair of wings, its feathers printed in a photorealistic fashion.
