1. Our quality check process
Customer can check the procedure below. It illustrates how we conduct the process of quality check and order pack
2. We will only ship out customer's item after customer confirms the QC video
We will only ship out customer's item after customer confirms the QC video. If you are not satisfied with the product quality or you want to check more details with the product, we will stop shipping until you get a satisfied result. Before you confirm the quality, you can cancel the order anytime.
IMPORTANCE NOTCE: if customer didn't reply us within 16 hours after we share the QC video, it means that the customer agrees to ship the product by default
3.What does the QC video look like?
We will take a 60s long quality check video with name paper for every customer before product shipped out, which is like the pic shows below.
