Because of the second outbreak of Covid-19, packages shipped to EU may be delayed. The screenshot below shows the situation.

The shipping speed mainly depends on the loccal Covid-19 situation. However, it is just 'Delay', not 'Lost'. Your package is safe. We also suggest customer can call the local FedEx to make sure the delivery date. You can find the number below.
