After getting back to work for 7 days, the situation of factory production and our online payment finally gets better now, but it still needs some time to recover to the previous situation. 





【About the factory production】
Our factory has started to make product, but because the government inspection has not stopped, the production efficiency is still relatively low compared with before. We expect that the situation will entirely change until mid March. 




For those customer who already placed the order, we will ship out your product around 【1th Mar to 15th Mar】, so you will probably receive it around 【7th to 20th March】.  We appreciate for your understanding and patience during this hard time, and if you have any doubt or need any support, just feel free to contact us.





For those customer who are ready to place the order, we suggest you to wait for a while until the factory resumes the production totally. If you still decide to place an order, you can refer to the figure below to confirm the delivery time. Again,this is just an estimated logistics timetable and does not represent the actual situation. The shipping time could be earlier or later.











【About the payment】
Recently we already received many questions about our payment method, and the most frequent quesiton is that 'why my payment doesn't get through'. This is because we changed our credit card payment collection channel, which has very strict policy on risk control, and that's why causes the payment failure. Howerver, it also has the way to figure out, you can click here to learn more.





The reason why we can't provide the Paypal is that it is being verified by officialy and we are waiting for the result. We think it can be recovered before 28th Feb, but if not, we will try another method to figure it out.





We are also applying for another credit card payment collection channel, which will greatly increase the payment acceptance rate. Once it has been set up, we will let you know.
