After customer places the order, our factory starts to prepare the item. Then, it will be transfered to FLAM center. When the product arrives, our quality check team will check the quality. If the quality is good, we will take the QC video for customer and ship it out. However, if there is any defect or flaws, we will return it to factory, and ask if customer can wait the new one. If can't, customer can cancel the order. If can, the factory will make a new one and we will repeat the steps we just mentioned

How long it will take for preparing and shipping my order?

It usually takes 9-19 days, and it depends on the stock of product, the country we ship to and some other factors. The two pics below show that how much time it take for us to prepare you items and how much time it take for shipping.

What is the Triangle Shipping?

Triangle shipping means, we will ship out your package to an middle coutry firstly from China, and then the package will be delivered to destination from that middle country. The whole route is like a triangle, so it’s called TRIANGLE SHIPPING. The middle country can be Germany Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Oman or Hong Kong.

Why do you use Triangle Shipping?

Triangle shipping can largely decrease the posibility that customer is charged by the import tax, especially for those packages shipping to Europe

Why tracking doesn't update while I have received tracking number for some days

Tracking info won't update until the package arrives to the middle country. This is due to the fact that this journey is completed by a special carrier. The tracking will only update when the package arrives in the intermediate country and is picked up by the local express. 

Generally, If the destination country is United States or Canada, the middle country will usually be Hong Kong or Singapore. It usually takes about 3-5 days from when you receive the tracking number to when tracking actually starts to update. If the destination country is a European country (except the United Kingdom), the middle country will usually be Germany, so the time when you receive the tracking number to when tracking actually starts to update will be around 5-10 days.

Do I need to pay duty tax?

Normally no, because we will send the package as a gift, and declare it as low price, but it still happened like 1% posibility that you need to pay duty. Please pay duty on your side if it happened.

What happens If my package got seized by custom?

If the shipping company tells you they need some information about the package, please contact with us first, we will offer you the information that they need to help the package go through. However, if custom seized the package by your country, they norally want you to pay the tax. Please pay it. If the custom staff says your packeage is already destroyed, no worries, they still want to tax you. However if it really happens, we will offer you a 50% discount code and you can buy again, we will take the QC video for you again and send it via FedEx. If the custom seized the package by our side, we will refund customer all or send a new product.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Many countries' customs are excuting a very strict tax policy. The customs’ officer may regard our package as a brand new product and taxes it heavily.  Therefore we need to remove all FLAM logos and plastic wrap that is in the above video to bypass the officer’s check.

If customer still wants us to keep the original packaging way which the above video shows. Please tell us, and we will do it for you (But it will take extra 6 days to prepare the order).
