This dyeing process requires 35 percent less water and reduces carbon emissions by up to 45 percent. The breathable mesh upper comes in Birch, while the synthetic leather overlays feature Dark Pewter with a metallic sheen. Like the original Gel-Kayano, this version includes responsive gel cushioning in the bulky midsole. The sneaker also features ASICS’ signature TRUSSTIC support system and a front lace closure.
